We've just about seen everything. The folks at Vosges have developed the most unusual chocolate bar, the three main ingredients being applewood smoked bacon, Alder wood smoked salt, and deep milk chocolate. It sounds so strange you just might have to try it.

Not your run of the mill heart shaped Valentine's Day chocolate. Yum.
I finally broke down and bought one of these last week.
It was INCREDIBLE! Sweet milk chocolate with the savory/salty hint of bacon. So delicious. One bar and I'm hooked.
